We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Michael Brooks. Two years ago when we were kicking around this silly idea to start a record label Mike was the first person we approached. We know why we believed in him. He was so talented, confident, driven, but on top of that he was gracious and steady and patient. It's hard to say why he believed in us, but nothing has meant more. We don't exist without him and we are eternally grateful. Rest easy Mike you were the best of us.
